10/26/11 7:00 am "Uneventful Night"

I know everyone is waking up and wanting to know how the night went so:

Troy had a fairly uneventful night... His "ICP" levels have been hanging out in the same range through the night. There are times when we have some peaks of pressure that are managed very closely.

Cindy managed to get a couple of hours of much needed sleep!!

As the doctor has just said this morning "Troy is definitely at unacceptable levels, we don't like it. But we'll keep pushing until we can't push anymore" "we'll keep this up for awhile"

Today is expected to be a rough ride. We are praying and hoping that things will be manageable. Today is the day to bombard Troy and Cindy with prayers, vibes, whatever you've got! So I'll let you get to it.

- Lisa Z.

  7. My wishes and prayers go out to Troy and Cindy. I hope all turns out for the best! I have a staff person whom had a bad head injury as well recently , she survived and had major swelling of the brain too. It may take many months of rehab- but I have seen first hand that the brain will eventually recover from a traumatic brain injury.

  27. Cindy, Vaughn had a great day at kindergarten. He made a quilt out of pumpkin patterns and got a new library book. He also made it across all the monkey bars after he and Sean made a pile of tanbark. He's such a beautiful boy. Mr. Whiteman informed me of Troy's hospitalization, we are heartbroken for your family. We are sending love and deep deep prayers to you and Troy. With love, Whitney Cicero
